Extended Christmas returns policy: From 12th December 2023 to 10th January 2024 our refund and exchange policy will be relaxed so that refunds and exchanges will be given at anytime* during this period.

 

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt unless your purchase falls within our extended Christmas Returns policy.

All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse, however genareally this is done within 48 hours. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

How do I return my order for a refund?

There are 3 ways you can return your items back:

1. Collect from your home, workplace or nominated safeplace. Use your own label or the postman will bring one for you.

2. Drop off, with your own label or QR code at your local Royalmail drop off point or post office

2. Parcel postbox using only your own label

 

Do I have to pay to return my order?

We offer a free UK returns option to help take away any hassle of returning your item(s). Our recommended free returns service is Royalmail. If you use a different postal service, then you are liable for these return costs and will not be refunded for this.

Refunds


If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse, however genareally this is done within 48 hours. Exchanges


Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post or returning your order to store if the replacement product is in stock. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call to take the additional payment.


Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.


ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE

Spiralseven will only refund any merchandise that is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 7 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt (excluding underwear and shoecare).

Spiralseven are happy to give an exchange or gift card on any merchandise that is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt (excluding underwear and shoecare).

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
