ORDERS

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Of course, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched, you can make changes to your order. Contact us on sales@spiralseven.com or via our contact form if you wish to make a change.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order with us as long as your item hasn’t been dispatched as once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we are unable to retrieve it from the courier. If you want to cancel an order, please email us at sales@spiralseven.com or via our contact form as soon as possible.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

First of all, we’re sorry to hear you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the product name as well as any further details. To return an item please see ‘How do I return an item?’ for more details. You should also have received a returns form within your parcel which provides all relevant information regarding how to return your incorrect or faulty item.

We do not currently offer a free returns label however if the fault is of our own, then we will take full responsibility of the error and look to reimburse your return shipping fee for a second-class delivery service.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as this authenticates the item as being new and without the original packaging is unsellable. To exchange an item:

•    We must receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product

•    The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached,

•    In a condition enabling us to sell the product as new

•    Sale items are unable to be exchanged

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following day however, next working day delivery orders made after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please see our returns policy below, re-pack your items in the original packaging with the labels still attached and then return your parcel to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be liable for any missing parcels.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

•    You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

Sale items

Please be aware that any items purchased in a SALE cannot be returned for a refund as they are subject to clearance.

Refunds will not be provided to the customer for any sale items.

Returns procedure

In regard to your return we ask that you simply fill out the returns form that you will find enclosed within your order and send back to the address stated above.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We tend to process all returns the day they arrive into our warehouse as customer service here at Spiralseven Clothing is always our main priority and we understand waiting for a return to be processed can be frustrating therefore we try to eliminate this from your shopping experience. However, during busy periods processing times may be affected resulting in returns taking up to 7 days to be processed from the point of receiving your return.

 

DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the garment can be defined as faulty.

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Simply enter your promotional code at the checkout stage and if your code is valid, your discount will be applied. Only one discount can be used per order.

 

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON SALE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, discount codes are only redeemable on full RRP items.

Some brands come with their own individual size guides which are available on the product page however some brands may show a generic size guide. The generic size guide is a rough guide however we aim to be as accurate as can be.
