Marshall Artist Marshall Fit jeans in Indigo Rinse

Marshall Artist Jeans: The Marshall Fit Sizing & Fit Guide

Marshall Artist Marshall Fit jeans in indigo rinse — regular straight-leg fit

Thinking about a pair of Marshall Artist jeans but unsure how the Marshall Fit denim sizes up? Here's how they fit, whether they run true to size, the sizing explained, and which of the five washes suits you.

How they fit

Marshall Artist's core jean is the Marshall Fit — a regular, straight-leg cut. It sits at the natural waist and runs straight through the thigh and leg, avoiding both the cling of a skinny and the volume of a wide-leg.

The fabric is a robust 99% cotton denim with 1% elastane, so there's just enough give for comfort without losing structure — five-pocket construction, button fly and a signature contrast rear-pocket panel.

True to size?

Yes — order your usual waist size. The Marshall Fit is a genuine regular fit, and the touch of stretch makes it forgiving rather than restrictive. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit, or stay true for a relaxed one — no need to size up.

Size chart

Marshall Artist jeans use proper waist & leg (W×L) sizing — the first number is your waist in inches, the second your inside leg. Waists run W30–W38, in 30" and 32" leg lengths.

Waist To fit (in) To fit (cm)
W30 30" 76 cm
W32 32" 81 cm
W34 34" 86 cm
W36 36" 91 cm
W38 38" 97 cm

Leg: 30" suits ~5'7"–5'9", 32" suits ~5'10"–6'1". Check each product page for exact measurements.

How to measure

Waist: lay a well-fitting pair of trousers flat, measure across the top of the waistband and double it. Inside leg: measure from the crotch seam to the hem on a pair that breaks how you like, and match it to the 30" or 32" leg.

The five washes

  • Indigo Rinse — deep, clean blue; the most versatile.
  • Dark Blue Wash — classic mid-dark denim.
  • Vintage Wash — faded, worn-in, more contrast.
  • Stone Wash — the lightest, most casual blue.
  • Black Overdye — deep, understated black.

How to style

Because the Marshall Fit is a clean straight leg, it works with almost anything. Keep it tonal with a Marshall Artist overshirt and tee, or dress it down with a hoodie and trainers. Darker Indigo Rinse and Black Overdye lean smarter; the lighter Stone and Vintage washes are pure weekend.
