Something not quite right? Returning is simple. Click ‘Create return’ below and follow the steps to generate your pre-paid Royal Mail label — print it at home or at your local Post Office. When your items arrive back with us, we’ll deduct £3.00 from your refund. Easy.
Create returnOur returns policy
Return any item within 14 days of the date on your receipt, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original boxes and packaging.
We process returns within 7 days of receiving them back — usually within 48 hours. Please fill out your returns form in full to help us avoid any delays.
How to return your order
We provide a pre-paid Royal Mail label — generate yours using the ‘Create return’ button above. A flat £3.00 is deducted from your refund to cover it. Then choose whichever is easiest:

1Collect from your home, workplace or a nominated safe place — the postman can bring your label.

2Drop off at your local Royal Mail point or Post Office, using your label or QR code.

3Parcel postbox, using your pre-paid label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free — got the wrong size or colour? Fill out the exchange section of your returns form and post it back, or bring your order into our Halifax store if the replacement is in stock. We’ll refund any price difference, or call you to take any balance owed.
Exchanges are available within the UK only.
Refunds
Refunds are made at the original purchase price (excluding the initial delivery charge, less the £3.00 return cost) to your original payment method. All refunds are processed within 30 working days, and you’ll receive an email once yours is done.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return postage on faulty items.
In-store purchases
We’ll refund any item returned unworn and unused, with original tags attached and a valid receipt, within 7 days of purchase (excludes underwear and shoe care).
We’re happy to offer an exchange or gift card on any item returned unworn and unused, with original tags and a valid receipt, within 14 days of purchase (excludes underwear and shoe care).
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For card purchases, the cardholder and card must be present, otherwise an exchange will be offered; card refunds can take 5–10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
