Spend in-store
Visiting us in Halifax? You can spend your gift card in person too. Come and browse at 26A Westgate Arcade, and at the till simply show the code from your e-Gift Card email — we'll take care of the rest.

When will my gift card arrive?
Instantly. The e-Gift Card is emailed to you as soon as your order is complete — check your junk folder if you can't see it within a few minutes.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
The e-Gift Card is sent to the email address on your order, so you can forward it to your recipient whenever you like — on the day, or saved for the occasion.
Do I have to spend it all at once?
No. Any unused balance stays on your gift card and can be spent on future orders — just use the same code.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
Yes. A gift card works like payment, so you can apply a discount code to your order and pay with your gift card.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. Items bought with a gift card follow our normal returns policy, with refunds credited back to the gift card.
