From Thursday 24th November 2022 to Monday 9th January 2023 our refund policy will be relaxed so that refunds will be given at anytime* during this period as long as the goods are accompanied with your despatch note. All other terms and conditions apply.


We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt unless your purchase falls within our extended Christmas Returns policy. All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

How do I return my order for a refund?

Simply send your order back via your local InPost Locker or any other courier of your choice, making sure you have filled in the returns note on your invoice and we will process the return as soon as it gets back to us.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

We offer a free UK returns option to help take away any hassle of returning your item(s). Our recommended free returns service is InPost. If you use a different postal service, then you are liable for these return costs and will not be refunded for this.

How it works:

  • Put your parcel inside and shut the door.

When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.

PLEASE NOTE: all items from the same order should be returned in one parcel.

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.

Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post or returning your order to store if the replacement product is in stock. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call to take the additional payment.

Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.

Spiralseven are happy to give an exchange or gift card on any merchandise that is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt (excluding underwear and shoecare).

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
