CANCELLATION / RETURNS

We want our customers to know that we have a hassle free returns policy, below is a list of all details regarding customer rights and our returns / cancellation policy.

To cancel your order, please email our customer service team at sales@spiralseven.com before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, then unfortunately we won't be able to stop the parcel throughout transit and you would be required to return the order.

You can cancel your order anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after you take possession of the goods.

Please take reasonable care of the goods once received. Customers are to be made aware that we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund that will be issued to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied.

Introduction

We understand that you may want to return a product to us due to it being unsuitable or unusable. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This returns policy applies to all our customers worldwide.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

 Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as this authenticates the item as being new and without the original packaging is unsellable.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  • We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product
  • The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached,
  • In a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
  • You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
  • None of the exclusions set out below apply.

 Sale items

Please be aware that any items purchased in a SALE cannot be returned for a refund as they are subject to clearance.

Refunds will not be provided to the customer for any sale items.

In regards to your return we ask that you simply fill out our returns form that you will find enclosed within your order and send back to the following address.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the return parcel within this returns policy. We highly recommend sending the order back using a trackable / recorded delivery service because if the order is lost in transit we cannot be held responsible for this. A refund cannot be processed until we receive the order back into our warehouse.

Returns using "Collect+"

If you don't have the time to find your own courier you can use Collect+, a hassle free service. Simply use our link below to order your return, stick the label on then drop your packaged item off at one of the 6,000+ locations and they will do the rest.

Exclusions

The following products may not be returned under this policy:

Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by yourself to pay for your purchase through our secure payment system.

We will process the refund when an inspection of the garments has been done, this will be done as soon as possible once the order has been received at our returns address. This can be within 14 days following the day we received your returned order.

The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the garment can be defined as faulty. What does this mean exactly? Shipping fees are none refundable as this amount is used for postage & packaging elements of the order. If you select a FREE delivery option or redeem a FREE delivery service using a discount code, then this amount will be deducted from your order's refund amount should the order be returned for a refund. 

Improper returns

When you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

We will not refund or exchange the product

We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product to make sure it finds its way back to yourself.

If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product.
